The Role We are seeking an experienced and confident Duty Manager to lead our team and oversee evening service. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for running smooth, well-paced shifts, supporting your team, and creating a consistent, high-quality guest experience. Cocktail experience is highly desirable, as this is a drinks-led venue with a strong focus on product knowledge and presentation.
