Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a good ability to interact with customers.
  • Strong Food & Beverage background.
  • Management experience in a previous role essential
  • Have excellent communication, training and leadership skills to assist in the development of your team members.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the licensed trade and food service operations.
  • Be capable of using your own initiative to assess the business and to ensure the premises is kept up to date with current industry trends
