WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role
• An exceptional customer service champion
• Valid Manager’s Certificate (or LCQ qualification and willingness to obtain certificate)
• Current Forklift certificate preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure all departments are running efficiently
• Lead, support, and motivate the team during shifts
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and liquor licensing regulations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Step in to support departments when needed
