We are seeking a proactive and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. You’ll be the go-to person during your shift, responsible for supervising staff, resolving customer issues, and maintaining operational efficiency across departments. If you have a passion for quality Italian food and customer service, we want to hear from you.
This is an ongoing part time role with set 21hours Thursday, Friday & Sunday. (negotiable for the right candidate).

Key Aspects of the role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff and customers during shifts
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or feedback as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and relay operational updates
  • Assist in training new staff
  • Lead the team by example and create a high energy environment
  • Drive servie innovation and guest experience

Skills:

  • Approved Manager & RSA
  • Food Handler Certificate
  • 2 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with POS

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.12 – $42.18 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week
