FRONT OFFICE DUTY MANAGER

Responsibilities
  • Provide effective ‘hands on’ leadership to the Front Office, Housekeeping, and relevant teams through the creation of a safe, team orientated, challenging and motivating work environment to deliver high quality member services that provide value and benefit.
  • Assist in the induction and training of staff aligned with RACV policies and procedures.
  • Monitor operation of the property ensuring presentation is always at the agreed standard and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Display a strong knowledge of property facilities, services, events and activities, and its local tourism and attractions.
  • Proactively identify, report and control hazards and risks in line with RACV HSW policy and procedure and in consultation with employees.
  • Develop and prepare statistical reports per Management direction.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, e.g. working on your feet & heavy lifting.
