Job Description To be the main point of guest contact 24 hours. Monitor all night arrivals, ensuring all requests are carried out smoothly. Ensure all reservations are honoured, or dealt with as quickly and smoothly as possible. Deal with VIP room inspections/arrivals/departures. Ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis. Complete the night audit in line with the standards and procedures of the resort for night manager. Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as required. Ensure all Team Members are up to date with current facts of the hotel products and services including room types, rates, relatives and facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club. Qualifications Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Ability to speak Russian and other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

Responsibilities

The Duty Manager serves as the main point of guest contact 24 hours a day, ensuring smooth operations for night arrivals and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include completing night audits, managing VIP arrivals and departures, and coordinating housekeeping requests.
