ABOUT US:
Set in the heart of the Lancashire countryside, Samlesbury Hall is a 700-year-old historic house and award-winning hospitality venue, proudly hosting weddings, parties, conferences, theatrical performances and much, much more!
Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Managing the staff team and venue during functions and events.
· Taking card and cash payments using our EPOS till system.
· Ensure compliance with all statutory and company regulations relating to Health & Safety, licensing, conduct of employees, fire emergency procedures, security of premises and property.
· Excellent time management skills and be able to multi-task during busy periods.
· Correct and accurate cashing-up at the end of a shift, in accordance with company policy and procedures.
· Be able to communicate effectively with all members of staff and management and paying close attention to detail.
· Assisting guests, creating positive experiences.
