Job Description Permanent full-time position 38 hours per week Salary $73,150 to $77,515 per year plus superannuation Based in Noosa heads QLD We are looking for a self- motivated, English speaking, articulate person to fill the role of Front Office Duty Manager as follows: Management of the Hotel Front Office operation to achieve a reputation as a market leader Effective supervision of all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures and are customer focused (including Concierge and lobby table service) May provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation Daily liaison with the Reservations office to ensure accuracy in room allocation and maximising of yield Full utilisation of the Front Office system, ensuring accuracy in use and a range of accurate reports are produced to meet operational needs Regular liaison with Maintenance ensuring maintenance requests are completed quickly, focusing on guest needs as a priority Assist the operation of the night audit function in conjunction with the Financial Controller. Accuracy of this daily function being paramount while maintaining customer focus Assisting in preparation of Front Office monthly reports Ensure public areas are clean and well presented with regular monitoring Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction Induct new staff into the team, department and Hotel in the first week of their employment following guidelines.
