Job Title: Children’s Indoor Soft Play Centre Manager
Location: Leicester, LE5 5LJ
Reports to: Directors
Salary: Starting from £30,000 per year
Job Type: Full Time (40 hours per week including all Weekends)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Children’s Soft Play Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant children’s Soft Play Centre. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children and their families while leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong focus on operations, team management, safety, cleanliness/hygiene, customer experience, and the smooth running of events and parties.
Key Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

  • Create a welcoming, fun, and safe environment for children and their families.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize and supervise children’s parties, events, and special activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and repeat visits, such as membership programs, themed events, and promotional offers.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a Children’s centre, leisure facility, or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with children and parents professionally.
  • Basic financial and business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and handle financial transactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for Cleanliness/Hygiene
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly in a children’s environment.
  • First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications (desirable but not essential).
