We are an independent local charity based in Bosham, Chichester offering a wide range of services to support our patients, and their loved ones, who are living with a life limiting or terminal illness. The work we do makes a real difference to the lives of local people and we support over 330 patients at any one time between our In-Patient Unit and Community teams.
Our retail stores are the face of the Hospice and are run by a wonderful, dedicated, and passionate mix of employees and volunteers. We are currently looking for someone to join us as a Duty Manager on a full time, permanent basis.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Supervisory or management level experience in charity and/or commercial retail.
• Experience of supervising a large complex retail operation in a fast-pace environment.
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience managing a varied stock package.
• Right to work in the UK
