The Zookeeper’s Son is on the hunt for a superstar Duty Manager; it’s a fast-paced gig with plenty of responsibility, so ideally, you’ll need a current Duty Manager’s License and at least one years’ experience in a similar role with up-to-date knowledge of licensing regulations to hit the ground running. With a fine attention to detail and admirable ability to maintain consistently quality service, you’ll fit into our close-knit crew, and know how to go above and beyond for our customers whilst ensuring the team are all form on your responsible shifts. Front of House Team Member The Zookeeper’s Son is on the hunt for some Front of House superstars who have a knack for making friends and being energetic every day. As the key contact with our customers, you’ll be tasked with creating memorable experiences through your top-notch service, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, clearing up afterward and maybe after some training a shift or two working the bar. No two customers (or days) are the same, so you thrive on variety and you’re a great people person who knows how to multi-task and work under pressure. In return, we’re committed to investing in you whether you need this gig for a good time or a long time. Customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations as a Duty Manager to ensure quality service and team compliance with licensing regulations. For front of house roles, focus on creating memorable customer experiences through order taking, food delivery, and bar support.
