Duty Manager / Supervisor – Local House Bar & Grill
Local House Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager / Supervisor to join our team on a casual or part-time basis. As a busy and growing hospitality venue, we require a hands-on professional who can support operations, lead staff, and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage front-of-house operations during service
• Supervise, support, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality customer service
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and venue policies
• Complete end-of-shift procedures and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ bar and floor experience (essential)
• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality (essential)
• Availability to work weekends and night shifts
• Current RSA certification
• Valid Police Clearance (mandatory)
• Two recent professional references
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
