Duty Manager – Chesterfield
Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is proud to be partnering with an exciting new hospitality client preparing to launch one of Chesterfield’s most anticipated venues this August. We are now seeking an experienced Duty Manager to play a pivotal role in bringing this vibrant concept to life.
This venue promises to offer more than your typical bar experience—featuring signature cocktails, eye-catching presentation, and an atmosphere designed to impress and delight from the moment guests walk in.

Location: Chesterfield Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum Schedule:

• Four working days per week
• Two days off to recharge
• One full weekend off per month
• Opening hours:
• Monday–Wednesday: 9am–11:30pm
• Thursday–Sunday: 9am–1am

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2–3 years’ experience in duty management within fast-paced hospitality environments
• A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on cocktail-making expertise
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive and high-performing team culture
• Composure under pressure and genuine passion for exceptional customer service
• A proactive and organised approach to maintaining a welcoming, energetic atmosphere
