To maintain the smooth running of the business, you will take responsibility for Duty Managers, Crew Members and Party hosts ensuring high standards in a fun, stimulating clean and safe environment, whilst demonstrating exceptional behaviours in line with the company philosophy, that contribute towards outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

In addition to the basic crew member and Duty Managers duties and responsibilities you will a/so be responsible for the following…
1. Cash control. Ensuring that the daily cashing up procedure is being completed properly and all cash secured safely. Checking that floats are being checked daily and discrepancies investigated thoroughly. Completing the weekly banking summary.
2. Recording & Monitoring Ensure that daily/weekly jobs are completed to the expected standard. Ensure that the checklists, logs and logit are being initiated by the staff member completing the job. Complete Opening and Closing checks to ensure the site is safe and secure. Perform weekly reports on logit checks.
3. Site Maintenance & Pack Maintenance Review fault log daily and program reactive maintenance as required. Ensure all LQ equipment is working properly and liaise with the Operations Director/Manager regarding spares or ongoing equipment issues.
4. Rota Ensuring that the fortnightly rota is completed within budget and all shifts are adequately covered. Authorising holiday & time off. Ensuring the business is opened and closed on time 7 days a week.
5. Communications Attending weekly Managers meetings with the General Manager to discuss site related issues, projects, financials etc. Additionally maintaining regular communication and operational updates with Management Team via the relevant networks during your work hours (Staff meetings & email/phone correspondence)
6. Events, Promotions & Packages Organise regular members evenings and seasonal events such as Halloween and Christmas parties. Actively promote using social media, database texts and ad emails in line with the companies Marketing Strategy
7. Health & Safety Report any Health and Safety incidents and concerns to the Director immediately. Work with the Director to ensure we maintain the highest standard of H&S. Make recommendations to the development of all site Risk Assessments and SOP’s
8. Training Take responsibility for daily team performance, providing training and feedback to Crew Members & Duty Managers on a regular basis. Perform regular appraisal, assessment and coaching on kit ups, phone calls, marshalling and party hosting
9. Security It is your responsibility to take appropriate action with any person who appears to be intoxicated, are in the possession of, or have consumed banned substances or there is the potential for violent incidents and anti-social behaviour.
10. Stock control & Stock Ordering. Ensure that sufficient stock levels are maintained and order and replenish when required.
