JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of food production and service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.

  • Experience working in restaurants, hotels or similar establishments would be beneficial.
