JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily service at Pattersons in the absence of the GM & AGM. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of guest services principles and practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional service while maintaining professionalism at all times.
    This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career. Pay is negotiable and will be reviewed at the start of the new tax year
