What You’ll Do
As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, leading shifts and ensuring the smooth operation of all front-of-house activities.

Experience:

• Hospitality: 2 years (required

• Leading, coaching, and motivating the front-of-house and bar team
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
• Managing stock, cash handling, and daily operational tasks
• Supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in meeting business goals
• Upholding licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
• Dealing with customer feedback professionally and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a busy bar, pub, or late-night venue
• A confident leader with strong communication and people skills
• Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving abilities
• A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Flexible availability, including weekends and late nights
