SEAFIRE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Australian residency.
  • A minimum of two years of managerial experience
  • Strong verbal English skills.
  • High personal grooming standards.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, exercise common sense, and be a team player.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A great memory for faces.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn, share, and participate.
  • A love for food and providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Understanding of hospitality cost control measures.
  • Flexibility with hours, including weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current RSA Certificate and RP badge.
  • Customer-focused with proven customer service experience.
  • Comfortable with reporting on daily operations.
  • Strong team-building and delegation skills.
  • Experience with SevenRooms or another online reservation platform.
