DUTY MANAGER – THE WHITE HORSE, RAMSDEN HEATH

We’re looking for a reliable and confident Duty Manager to support the day to day running of The White Horse, a busy pub and Italian-inspired restaurant in Ramsden Heath. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with experience in hospitality who’s ready to take the next step into leadership.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the pub and restaurant during your shifts, leading the front of house team, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards throughout.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take charge of the venue during your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead and support front of house staff, delegating tasks and setting the pace
• Handle customer queries and issues professionally and promptly
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager as needed
