We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for hospitality to join our team as a Duty Manager. The role of the Duty Manager involves overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Club, including the management of staff, ensuring excellent customer service for our patrons, and maintaining a pristine venue. This is a hands-on position that will require you to lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position on a rotating roster. The successful applicant will have full availability including nights, weekends and public holidays.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Skills required but not limited to include:
· Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and build a team
· Minimum of 2 years’ management experience, preferably in hospitality
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong attention to detail and time management skills
· Knowledge of WHS requirements and safe work practices
· Ability to solve problems and think on your feet
· High level of integrity and respectful of confidentiality
· Current RSA, RCG & Advanced RCG
· Current First Aid certificate (preferred but not essential)

Responsibilities

· Opening and closing of the Club – including TAB, Keno, Gaming and cash reconciliation
· Conflict resolution – with staff and customers
