Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Managers.
Assisting with all aspects of front of house duties.
Assisting with bar prediction for ordering bar stock, conducting bar stocktake, bar stocking and set ups in absence of the General Managers.
Managing till system and reports.
Managing all food and beverage service aspects on shift.
Ensuring correct and swift communication takes place between the FOH and Kitchen team and other venue departments.
Adhering to all licenses and insurance policies as well as alcohol laws.
Overseeing and assisting with event setups and breakdowns to ensure venue spaces are prepared smoothly, professionally and on time.
Overseeing and using the booking system to complete B&B Guests booking in and out of the Inn
Overseeing night venue security and safety.
Managing the storage and upkeep of bar equipment, event linen, tables and chairs.
Maintaining accurate and orderly bar administration.
Cashing up as required when General Managers are out of the business and completing end of week reports as and when required.
Mentoring up and coming staff talent to ensure that all staff grow with the business.

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
