JOB DESCRIPTION

Duty Manager
· Ideal candidate to have prior restaurant supervisory experience
· Responsibilities will include leading the team on the floor to deliver exceptional customer service, expediting on the pass, communicating between bar, kitchen, supervisors and staff to ensure smooth service, opening and closing the restaurant and managing the bookings to ensure maximum capacity without overloading the teams
· Lead from the front attitude, motivating the team and implementing new ideas (eg staff incentives, trainings)
· Management responsibilities including recruitment, training new starters, rostering, orders, implementing Health & Safety protocols, following HR procedures, managing bookings and cash handling.
· Key holder – opening and closing the site

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Experience in Restaurant Management
· Understanding of licensing laws, HR procedures and health and safety
· Desire to learn and grow
· Flexibility
