Hospitality experience is essential and we seek a career professional. This is very much a hands on role!
The Hotel offers a Restaurant, Cafe, Sportsbar, Tab and Gaming Lounge.
Operating on a 4 week rotating roster with a good mix of Mornings, mid-shifts & nights. (Only working on Saturday/Sunday night a month) Yes you read that right.

You will be responsible for:
