The team at the River Island Hotel is currently recruiting a Duty Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Hotel Manager. The Duty Manager will oversee the daily running of the 52 bedroom 3 star Hotel.

• The Duty Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Hotel.
• You will assist and support every department when required and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
• Manage all functions and events and ensure they are set up as per requested by the customer.
• Make sure quality and standards are met consistently throughout the hotel.
• Anticipate guest needs, and proactively manage their expectations.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Attention to detail is required to ensure our guests have an excellent experience.
