Description

We are searching for an experienced and passionate Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service and Opera, as well as the ability to manage a team of staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including but not limited to guest services and housekeeping . The Duty Manager must be able to effectively communicate with guests and staff members in order to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel.
  • Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and other operational data.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Oversee and manage all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Train, and manage staff to ensure they provide excellent service to guests and meet the hotel’s standards and policies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
