Knowledge Successful completion of the RSM Pathway preferred Skills Maintains the highest standard of compliance, safety and cleanliness Handles cash with the utmost care and aims to achieve 100% till accuracy at all times Efficiently merchandises stock, ensuring correct rotation to minimise loss Ensures all controls, policies, procedures and guidelines are followed Accurately checks off store deliveries where required Proactively identifies and reports incidents, hazards and near misses Proactively identifies and recommends improvements to safety and security procedures Ability to provide verbal feedback in the form of praise and constructive criticism Behaviours Uses initiative to control, manage and continually improve the quality and efficiency of work Communicates effectively with colleagues at all levels Consistently acts professionally, fairly and responsibly when dealing with customers and staff Demonstrates ability to handle a heavy workload and manages conflicting work demands appropriately Acts as a role model for teamwork and actively promotes team spirit Provides effective, polite, and courteous customer service Additional Information If you are interested in applying for this role, you will need to receive endorsement from your Direct Leader.
