Job Description
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are currently seeking a Handyperson to join our dynamic team. This role is suitable for someone who is experienced in a similar role, & can turn their hand to anything that needs fixing.

What is the role all about:

• General day to day repairs & maintenance throughout the property
• Responding to dynamic requests
• Preventative maintenance duties
• Painting to ensure our guest areas are 5 star for our guests
• Liaising with the operations team
• Working with a team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experienced working in a similar environment with a focus on painting and plastering, highly regarded
• Physically fit, with the ability to work safely at all times
• Exceptional time management
• A friendly personality and a high standard of personal presentation
• Excellent attention to detail
