Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Process payments of accounts payable. * Set up of transactions and pull reports from multiple online banking platforms. * Compile and review reporting packages. * Extensive communication with third parties in various roles. * Electronic filing of items received. * Other administrative duties. Qualifications Required Skills: * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Outlook). * Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. * Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy. * Team player and positive attitude. * Experience with Adobe Acrobat. * Understanding of automated accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics preferred. Required Experience: * High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and general ledger in a batch-based accounting system. Preferred Experience: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or comparable field.
