Job Description Architect Test Scenarios: Design comprehensive Design Verification Plans (DVP) from the ground up, ensuring every functional requirement is accounted for. 100% Traceability: Map every single requirement to a specific test case to ensure zero gaps in coverage. Identify Corner Cases: Go beyond the "happy path." You will spend your time identifying complex boundary conditions and "what-if" scenarios that others might miss. Risk Mitigation: Analyze technical specifications to predict potential failure modes before they happen. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design and Systems Engineering teams to refine requirements based on validation feasibility. Who You Are The Architect Mindset: You don't just see a product; you see a web of logic and potential failure points. Detail Obsessed: You believe that "99% coverage" is 1% too low. Analytical: You enjoy deconstructing complex systems to find the hidden "corner cases" where bugs live. Technical Communicator: You can translate high-level design requirements into actionable, technical test procedures. Qualifications Experience: 2–5 years in product validation, systems engineering, or test design. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Software) or a related technical field. Tools: Familiarity with Requirement Management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, or Jira) and DVP&R frameworks. Industry Knowledge: Experience in [Insert Industry, e.g., Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Device] is a strong plus.
