Job Title DXR Commercial Marketing leader/Product Marketing Job Description As the DXR Commercial Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for shaping and executing global go-to-market strategies for DXR, ensuring effective regional activation and deep customer centricity. You will lead and build the global DXR marketing function—with the mandate to scale marketing capabilities across campaign planning, activation, and messaging. You will bridge global strategy and local execution and translate technical propositions into differentiated value stories that resonate with healthcare decision-makers. Your role : Lead all marketing activities related to product launches and promotions, ensuring strategic alignment, seamless execution, and maximum market impact. Manage and grow a high-performing team (currently 7–10), including product marketers and marcom specialists (direct or matrixed). Ensure global marketing strategies are translated into relevant, actionable regional go-to-market plans. Own downstream marketing strategy and execution—supporting lifecycle management, driving market adoption, and enabling commercial performance. Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Product Management, Service, and Education, bringing market insights into planning and execution. Foster strong collaboration with regional commercial teams to support order intake, competitive differentiation, and local sales enablement. Establish robust feedback loops from the field to refine messaging, tools, and campaign effectiveness. You're the Right fit if you have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in commercial or product marketing, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare technology. 5+ years in a direct leadership role, with a track record of developing and mentoring marketing professionals. Proven ability to translate technical or clinical product features into clear, outcome-driven customer value propositions. Deep understanding of B2B marketing preferably in healthcare, including product launches, demand generation, and omni-channel activation. Strong business acumen and a solid grasp of financial drivers like ROI, profitability, and market share. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to thrive in a matrixed environment. Experience balancing global strategy with successful local execution across diverse markets. A data-driven approach to campaign measurement and continuous improvement *This position isn't open for relocation. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
