Consult Career Development and Advancement Dialogues with key talent to create roadmap for Talent growth. Workforce Planning - Plan and estimate the manpower needs with business leaders for succession planning and talent mapping/talent acquisition to ensure the availability of a robust talent pipeline for all business-critical roles Performance Management - Monitoring performance management within business to build a high performance culture. Administer Annual Salary Review (ASR) and Key Contributor Pay (KCP) for business to adhere to the defined framework. Build a culture of rewards and recognition for facilitating high performers. Employee Experience - Supervise and support managers to enable end-to-end Employee Experience (EX) interventions and analyze feedback scores within the business unit/plant/department. People Champion - Adapt coaching techniques for key talent and people managers, advising & facilitating talent development and leadership growth, leading to enhanced individual and team performance.
