FUNCTIONAL & SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Ability to comprehend & articulate Products & solutions and present the same to the customer.
  • Strong ability to Interact and Engage with Functional Heads/CxO level in both Customer & Partner Organizations.
  • Proven Success in sales & Business development in similar domain in earlier assignments.
  • Strong experience in RFP & Bidding process.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen
  • Strong ability to guide as well as prepare Business/Techno- Commercial proposal.
  • Candidates with strong understanding of the UAE market especially in Enterprise space is a definite plus. Experience in other GCC/ME markets will be advantageous.
  • Professional approach, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work in and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

EXPERIENCE:

Min 10+ Years of recent and relevant experience in a similar role in pristine sales of the mentioned domain products, Services & Solutions. UAE experience in similar field is mandatory.
