JOB PURPOSE ORGANISATION CHART KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES •Immaculate Capacity Planning through effective Slot Management well within the capacity limits. ,(Seasonal Schedule planning & implementation (Summer & Winter).)•To ensures optimum utilization of the resources such as Aircraft Parking Positions, Baggage Belts, Gates, Check-In Counters and Runway Capacity. ,,(Resources utilization KPIs, e.g, Airbridge Utilization, Passenger Processing Time at each touch point, Baggage Delivery, etc.)•To ensure that all new and additional airline/frequencies are accommodated by focusing on efficient use of resources, process improvement measures and modifications and provide the best slots to the desired Airlines.,(Implementation of revised schedule with amendments.)•Representation of GHIAL in the International and Domestic Slot Allocation Meetings/Conferences. ,(Attending Slot Allocation Meetings/Conferences and finalization of Slots.)•Uploading of finalized schedule in UFIS and release to all stakeholders for real time resource management. ,(Accurate & timely upload)•Responsible for Monitoring Slot Adherence and On Time Performance (OTP).(OTP (target vs. actuals))•Timely coordination of all operations related data (ATM, Pax, Cargo, OTP, KPIs related data, resources utilization, etc.) with all external & internal stakeholders for Data collation, data analysis and MIS report preparation and circulation.(Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports.)•To contribute in special projects with respect to Master Planning, Terminal & Airside Expansion, Forecasting, Future Resource requirements, Process Improvement, etc.(No. of projects and Business KPIs)•Responsible for regular review and amendments of SOPs.,(No. of SOP amendments)KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS •All International & Domestic Airlines•DGCA•Ministry of Civil Aviation•AAI•CISF•IATAINTERNAL INTERACTIONS All internal stakeholder e.g. Commercial (Aero & Non Aero), Finance & Accounts, SPG, Business Development, all Ops.
