We’re excited to invite a dedicated Printer/Packing Operative to join our vibrant Corporate Insignia team, playing a crucial role in ensuring our high-quality products reach customers efficiently and flawlessly every day.

• Operate Dye Sublimation Printers: Set up and manage dye sublimation print jobs on digital printers, ensuring accurate colour and resolution.
• File and Colour Management: Review artwork files for quality and accuracy; adjust colour calibration to meet client specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect printed materials for defects, colour consistency, and alignment; make adjustments as needed.
• Reporting discrepancies on job information and defects in material or completed print to supervisor.
• Perform daily maintenance as well as set up, print, and break down
• Assist with finishing and fabrication
• Consistently hitting and exceeding targets set by our Manufacturing Manager
• Collaborating seamlessly with your team members in a friendly and supportive working environment
• Thriving under pressure and confidently meeting tight deadlines
• Taking initiative and working independently to solve challenges as they arise
• Ensuring every order is packed meticulously to Badgemaster’s renowned quality standards, following precise packing instructions
