Reporting to the Oberalp Group’s CEO, the Dynafit Brand Director will lead Marketing, Design, and Product Management across multiple product categories, including ski touring equipment (skis, bindings, boots), trail running footwear, technical apparel, and mountaineering gear. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of global brand management and an endless passion for the mountains. The ideal candidate will enhance Dynafit’s market position, drive innovation, and accelerate international growth—all while staying true to our brand’s DNA of speed, endurance, and alpine performance.
