DYNAMIC 365 FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT/BUSINESS ANALYST:

On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for a Dynamic 365 Functional Consultant/Business Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

DYNAMIC 365 FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT/BUSINESS ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

This project involves the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 CE to enhance business processes at Toronto Hydro. The role focuses on delivering a superior user experience through innovative solutions and improvements.

DYNAMIC 365 FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT/BUSINESS ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in using CRM customization tools and understanding of data management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functional and cross-functional teams.

DYNAMIC 365 FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT/BUSINESS ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
  • Experience with CRM SDK, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of Azure tools (App services, B2C, Storage Accounts).
  • Any Dynamics certification like Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Agile or Scrum certification.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and functional requirements.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization via Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Design scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions that align with business goals and Microsoft best practices.
  • Configure out-of-the-box functionality and customize CRM using no-code/low-code solutions.
  • Lead or support CRM project implementation phases, including development, testing, deployment, and go-live.
  • Develop user manuals, training guides, and deliver training workshops for key users and administrators.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall ceremonies and manage stakeholder expectations.
