We’re looking for a highly motivated Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our project delivery team in a hybrid role in Downtown Toronto. This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform. You’ll play a key role in the full project lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing solutions to implementation, training, and support. This position is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with CRM customization tools, Azure Integration Services, and deployment tools like Azure DevOps.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant Dynamics or Agile/Scrum certifications are a strong asset.

• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions using out-of-the-box functionality and low-code/no-code tools like Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Lead or support all phases of project implementation, including development, testing, data migration, and deployment.
• Develop training materials and deliver workshops for users, and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, ensuring successful delivery of CRM initiatives on time and within scope.
