Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the advice journey, supporting the sales team with technical credibility and practitioner insight, essentially being commercial support lead for the UK & Ireland.
  • Translate adviser and client needs into clear demonstrations of how our goals-based financial planning technology (OPAL) addresses regulatory, operational, and client engagement challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring alignment with FCA Consumer Duty and suitability requirements.
  • Provide thought leadership on trends in financial advice, risk profiling, investment suitability, and client engagement, positioning the firm as a trusted partner.
  • Support the design of client workshops, pilots, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Act as the bridge between sales, product, and client teams by feeding back adviser-centric insights into product development.
  • Acting as a role model, mentoring and developing more junior colleagues
