About the role;
As a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Consultant you will use Power Platform to contribute to the success of TSG and our customers. As well as implementing systems, your role will require you to understand our customers’ businesses and drive meaningful impact by leveraging innovative technology to develop effective solutions across the value chain. You will cover all aspects of Consultancy for our external customers, from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation and training.
A Microsoft Partner background for this role is essential and national travel will also be required, therefore you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE;

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in relation to D365 CE and Power Platform
  • Strong experience in a D365 CE / Power Platform Consultancy within a Partner environment
  • Implemented or supported multiple D365 CE system projects
  • Functional and/or technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE, Power Platform and associated products and technologies
  • Expert knowledge of projects and product life cycle
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen
  • Team focussed
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to work
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging situations
Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO;

  • Analyse business requirements
  • Make recommendations to customers within the product stack based on the needs of the customers’ business
  • Write documentation to high standard
  • Implement and configure solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
  • Conduct user training
  • Self-manage projects
  • Assist in post go-live support as required
  • National travel will be required as part of this role
