Tasks

• Take responsibility for managing projects related to Order Management, Warehousing, and Outbound Logistics (including Packaging & Shipping).
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial brainstorming and planning to implementation and training delivery.
• Conduct in-depth business requirement analysis and design tailored ERP solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Configure logistics processes within the ERP system and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide support during the development phase.
• Facilitate user training sessions and ensure a smooth handover of solutions to the operational teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an ERP Functional Consultant specializing in logistics areas such as Order Management, Warehousing, and Outbound processes.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage international projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in business process modeling and conceptual design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and confidently under pressure.
