What You Will Do: Ability to envision and document infrastructure and system design specifications via architecture design diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, wireframes and other visual documentation for consumption by both the Digital Technology team and customer stakeholders. Ability to clearly articulate and solve problems related to both system and environmental limitations. Partnering with our customers to identify, deploy and support packaged and custom-developed solutions that provide capabilities that help achieve P&W operational goals. Translating customer requirements into a solution design and implementing using Digital Technology Standard Work. What You Will Learn: - Deep expertise in enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE and Case Management implementations. - Advanced design patterns for extending D365 using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services. - Best practices for building scalable, secure, and supportable solutions within a governed enterprise environment. - Exposure to cross-functional business domains supported by Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Engagement platforms. - Agile product delivery including backlog management, story refinement, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications You Must Have: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or related technical field and 10+ years of hands on hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE); OR an Advanced degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field and 7+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Required technical expertise: - JavaScript, C#.NET, VB.NET and/or ASP.NET platforms. - Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerPlatform, SQL, SharePoint Online. - DevOps and version-controlled solutions (Visual Studio, Jira, GitHub, CRM SDK). - Experience with web API. - Management of ETL tool to migrate data between environments (e.g., SSIS, KingswaySoft). - PowerBI or fundamentals of other data visualization solutions. - Demonstrated ability to pick up unfamiliar technology with ease. - Effective communication in technical to business alignments. - Compile customer data into easily digestible interactive diagrams and reports. - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer: Familiarity with Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including: - Copilot for Customer Service (AI-assisted case summaries, suggested responses, knowledge recommendations). - Configuration and governance of generative AI features within D365. - Prompt configuration and responsible AI enablement within enterprise environments - Leveraging Copilot Studio to extend conversational experiences - Strong proficiency in Power Pages (portal configuration and customization) Experience integrating D365 CE with: - Microsoft Dataverse advanced configurations. - Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or API Management. - External customer portals or omnichannel solutions.
