Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled D365 CRM Developer - Customer service module to join our team for an exciting long-term contract with one of our esteemed Fortune 500 clients, based in Vancouver, BC. This is a REMOTE role.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions to align with business needs.
  • Configure and extend the Customer Service module, including:
  • Case Management
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Entitlements
  • Queues
  • Knowledge Management
  • Develop and maintain:
  • Custom plugins and workflows
  • Power Automate flows
  • Integrations with external systems
  • Collaborate with:
  • Business analysts to understand requirements
  • Project managers and end-users to translate functional needs into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the D365 Customer Service environment.
  • Support data migration and integration efforts, ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including:
  • Solution designs
  • Configuration details
  • Deployment guides
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features, product updates, and industry best practices.
