Description:
Responsibilities:
- Development and optimisation of Dynamics 365 applications, including system configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Manage related databases to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership in the analysis, design, and implementation of system enhancements.
- Take charge of developing complex application changes and solutions for ongoing operational improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand system requirements, and design and propose viable, high-impact solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, document findings, and ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
- Work through the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to implement, test, and release changes to the D365 applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business users to ensure smooth deployment of changes.
- Act as the lead point of contact for production issues, analysing and resolving technical problems swiftly.
- Provide high-level support during outages and restore/recovery events.
- Participate in the design, testing, and execution of disaster recovery plans to ensure minimal downtime and business continuity
