Description

Responsibilities

Development and optimisation of Dynamics 365 applications, including system configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Manage related databases to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability.
Provide technical leadership in the analysis, design, and implementation of system enhancements.
Take charge of developing complex application changes and solutions for ongoing operational improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand system requirements, and design and propose viable, high-impact solutions.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, document findings, and ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Work through the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to implement, test, and release changes to the D365 applications.
Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business users to ensure smooth deployment of changes.
Act as the lead point of contact for production issues, analysing and resolving technical problems swiftly.
Provide high-level support during outages and restore/recovery events.
Participate in the design, testing, and execution of disaster recovery plans to ensure minimal downtime and business continuity
