REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing and developing solutions using Dynamics 365, with a particular focus on Dynamics 365 for Sales
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 App for Outlook and Sales Copilot
  • Strong understanding of the Power Platform, including Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, and Azure DevOps (or similar platforms)
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with external data sources, including both on-premise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
  • Proficiency in CRM workflows, business rules, security rules, actions, views, and forms
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders alike
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure) are highly desirable, along with participation in leading industry seminars or conferences

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Dynamics 365 Engineer to work for our client within the finance sector. This is initially a 3-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a remote role.
Our client is seeking a technical application specialist with expertise in Dynamics 365 to join their Commercial division, within the Client Servicing & Engagement platform. Their purpose is to build and deliver products that enable clients to grow their businesses. The client is seeking a skilled subject matter expert to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on the technical design, development, and implementation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solution. This role is critical to ensuring they develop and integrate their system in line with excellent engineering standards to meet business needs and improve colleagues’ relationship management journeys for clients. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams to provide guidance and support in building and growing a team of highly skilled engineers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the technical design, configuration, and development of Dynamics 365 components, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices
  • Provide guidance on integrating Dynamics 365 with external data sources and tools, including Power Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate, to extend platform functionality
  • Offer mentorship and expert advice to the engineering team, particularly around Copilot and AI-based automation initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
