We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on configuring and delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights solutions. This position is 100% remote within the USA.

REQUIREMENTS

5–8 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365.
Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights.
Strong understanding of business processes and system configuration.
Excellent client-facing, analytical, and communication skills.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
