JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Power Apps Developer with strong expertise in developing custom applications, portals, and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tailored solutions to meet business needs, with a focus on enhancing user experiences through Power Apps and Dynamics 365 portals.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions and Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps).
  • Strong experience in working with Dynamics 365 portals (Power Apps portals), including customization, integration, and configuration.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation and process integration.
  • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems, data sources, and APIs.
  • Solid understanding of the Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Apps Portals.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD processes.
  • Strong knowledge of common web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Dataverse, and the Common Data Service (CDS).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (e.g., MB-200, MB-400, PL-400).
  • Experience with Azure and cloud-based technologies.
  • Familiarity with application security, including user authentication and role-based security within Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 applications, including model-driven and canvas apps, leveraging Power Apps capabilities.
  • Create and maintain Dynamics 365 portals, enabling seamless interactions between customers, employees, and external partners.
  • Develop and configure solutions for Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents to enhance automation and business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 applications with third-party systems and data sources.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support for deployed solutions and applications.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and follow best practices for Microsoft technologies.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization for all applications and portals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest features, updates, and trends in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
