GENERAL OVERVIEW

IES Holdings is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of our enterprise-wide D365 platform within Finance & Operations (F&O). This is a key strategic and technical leadership role focused on aligning Dynamics 365 capabilities with core business operations and long-term growth objectives. The right candidate will be both a systems thinker and a hands-on architect with experience across the D365 ecosystem.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, including at least 3 full-cycle projects as an architect.
• Proven experience across D365 modules, especially F&O.
• Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or field services environments is a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Deep understanding of D365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Engagement functionality.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience designing integrations using Azure services, APIs, and data connectors.
• Strong grasp of security roles, data modeling, and business process automation.
• Advanced accounting and finance knowledge.
