Temperzone is looking for a skilled Dynamics & Application Support Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. Key Responsibilities: Champion Dynamics 365: Administer, configure, and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules to meet evolving business needs. Lead Power Platform Innovation: Design and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate workflows that improve operations and user experience. Collaborate and Consult: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and deliver seamless integrations. Support Core Systems: Provide technical support for ERP peripheral systems, e-commerce platforms, and integration environments. Drive Data Excellence: Manage and maintain databases, prepare datasets, and develop queries to support reporting and analytics. Champion System Health: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear documentation and training materials. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2–3 years with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform; 5+ years in IT application/database support with strong SQL and data modeling skills. Technical Skills: Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Power Fx; experience with SSRS reporting tools and Dataverse. Soft Skills: Strong communication, ability to work independently, and effective priority management. Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 highly desirable.
