TECHNOLOGIES OR SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Over 10 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale CRM solutions, preferably in the financial sector, with a focus on Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365. (required)
• Experience, most recently as a lead architect, migrating on-premises Dynamics 365 instances to the cloud, including coordination across multiple internal and external teams.
• Experience with technology product evaluation, selection, acquisition, and deployment processes.
• Experience presenting complex technology concepts effectively and appropriately to diverse audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (such as Sales, Customer Engagement, Field Services, Project Operations, Omnichannel/Contact Center, Marketing, and/or Commerce). * Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and associated web development technologies. * Familiarity with the integration of AI/Copilot functionalities and the operation of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps).

  Pay: $80.44-$100.30 per hour
