Our Team and Opportunity The Financial Adviser Services (FAS) Enablement team is the strategic partner behind adviser success. We collaborate across all of FAS to champion what matters most for advisers - advocating for their needs, removing friction, and delivering the solutions that help them excel. Our work spans: Business Strategy: practice management expertise and hands on implementation support Investment Strategy: research driven insights and market leading solutions Portfolio Construction: practical tools and frameworks that empower high quality advice Team & Operational Enablement: learning, systems, technology and ways of working that lift capability across FAS As a trusted voice of the adviser, we shape and deliver the outcomes that drive both adviser and client success. Core Responsibilities Ensure our B2B CRM data is accurate and up to date. This involves exception handling and actioning updates as requested by the business. Change Management support as new features are delivered. This includes training material and in-person support. Work collaboratively with the Technology teams based both here in Australia as well as in the USA and UK. Collaborate with the FAS Product Owner to provide business value. This includes production release support. What are we looking for in the ideal candidate Ideally the candidate will have some experience in a sales team environment, understanding how a sales team utilises a Sales CRM system (e.g. we use Microsoft Dynamics - Sales). Someone who is comfortable communicating with business users and supporting their needs. Previous experience with understanding business needs and translating them into requirements for Technology teams. Has an understanding of data relationships and is comfortable using Microsoft Excel formulas to make necessary updates. Ideally someone with testing experience, especially User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
